Cancellation Policy

Book Your Personal Consultation Today.

We keep a small, private clinic and appointments are scheduled individually. When an appointment is missed at short notice, that time cannot usually be offered to anyone else. This policy sets out what we ask of you, and what you can expect from us.

Giving notice

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment.

You can let us know by:

  • Telephone or text: 07813 080876
  • Email: hello@rejuvenate-clinic.com

If you cancel outside working hours, the time your message was sent is the time we use.

Deposits

A deposit of [£AMOUNT or PERCENTAGE] may be required to secure your appointment. It is deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.

Missed appointments

If you do not attend and have not told us in advance, we may ask for a deposit / full payment before booking you in again.

We understand that emergencies happen. If something unavoidable comes up, please tell us as soon as you can — these situations are looked at individually and sensibly.

Arriving late

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may not have enough time to complete your treatment safely. We will always try to go ahead where we can, but the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the usual notice terms will apply.

Rescheduling

You are welcome to move your appointment with the notice above, and your deposit moves with it. Repeated rescheduling of the same appointment may mean we ask for payment in advance.

If we need to cancel

Occasionally we may have to cancel or move an appointment — through illness, an emergency, or something outside our control.

If that happens we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the earliest suitable alternative. Your deposit will be refunded in full or carried over, whichever you prefer.

If we cannot treat you on the day

Treatment sometimes cannot go ahead for clinical reasons — a change in your health, a new medication, an active skin infection in the treatment area, or something identified during consultation.

This is a safety decision and is made in your interest. Where we decide not to treat you for clinical reasons, your deposit is refunded in full or held for a future appointment. No cancellation charge applies.

If treatment cannot proceed because information relevant to your suitability was not disclosed when we asked for it, the standard notice terms may apply.

Consultations

Consultations are free of charge and carry no cancellation fee. We would still appreciate as much notice as you can give, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Refunds

Deposits are refunded in the circumstances set out above, by the method you used to pay, normally within 5 working days.

Payment for a treatment that has been carried out is not refundable on the basis of a result you are unhappy with. If you have a concern about your treatment, please contact us — we would always rather look at it with you, and our complaints process is set out in our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or your circumstances do not fit neatly into it, please just ask. We would rather talk it through than have you worry about it.
