These terms apply to treatments and consultations provided by Rejuvenate Aesthetics & Wellbeing Clinic and to the use of this website. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to them.

About us

Rejuvenate Aesthetics & Wellbeing Clinic 33 Kensington Avenue, Burbage, Hinckley, LE10 3JE Email: hello@rejuvenate-clinic.com  · Telephone: 07813 080876

Treatments are provided by Victoria Hackett, a nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, registration number 95I4124E . We hold medical malpractice insurance with Hamilton Fraser.

Who we can treat

You must be 18 or over. We do not treat anyone under 18 for cosmetic purposes under any circumstances, and we cannot do so with parental consent. Administering botulinum toxin or cosmetic fillers to a person under 18 for cosmetic purposes is a criminal offence in England under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021.

We may ask for photographic identification if we are unsure of your age.

We are unable to treat you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and certain medical conditions, medications and allergies may make a treatment unsuitable. Suitability is assessed at consultation, and the assessment is a clinical judgement rather than a matter of preference.

Consultation and consent

Every treatment begins with a consultation. During it we will discuss your goals, take a full medical history, explain the treatment, its realistic outcomes, its risks and its aftercare, and answer your questions.

You will be asked to sign a consent form before any treatment. Signing confirms that the treatment has been explained to you, that you have had the chance to ask questions, and that you understand the risks involved.

We reserve the right to decline treatment. If, in our clinical judgement, a treatment is not safe or not appropriate for you — or if your expectations cannot realistically be met — we will say so and explain why. This is a professional obligation, not a commercial decision, and no fee is payable where we decline to proceed.

You may withdraw your consent at any point, including after a treatment has been booked and paid for.

Prescription medicines

Some treatments involve prescription-only medicines. These can only be supplied following a face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber, who will make an independent decision about whether the medicine is appropriate for you. A prescriber’s decision not to prescribe is final, and no treatment will proceed without one.

Results

Aesthetic treatments produce results that vary between individuals. Your skin, your anatomy, your age, your general health and how your body responds to a product all influence the outcome.

We will always give you an honest assessment of what a treatment can and cannot achieve for you. We cannot and do not guarantee a specific result, and no statement made during consultation, on our website or on social media should be taken as such a guarantee.

Some treatments require a course of sessions, and some require maintenance to sustain the result. This will be explained to you before you commit.

Review appointments and corrections

Where a treatment includes a review appointment, this will be explained at the time of booking. Attending your review allows us to assess how you have responded and to make any adjustment that falls within the normal scope of the treatment.

Adjustments made at a scheduled review, where clinically appropriate, are included. A request to change or enhance a result beyond what was originally agreed is a new treatment and is charged accordingly.

Aftercare

You will be given written aftercare instructions. Following them matters — a good proportion of complications arise from aftercare that was not followed.

If you experience anything unexpected after a treatment, contact us as soon as possible. If you experience symptoms that concern you urgently, including sudden severe pain, skin that becomes pale or mottled, or any change in your vision, seek immediate medical attention and contact us straight away.

We do not accept responsibility for outcomes that arise from aftercare instructions not being followed, from information withheld at consultation, or from treatment received elsewhere.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on our website are indicative starting prices. The price for your treatment depends on the areas treated and the quantity of product used, and will be confirmed to you before treatment begins.

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise. We accept [PAYMENT METHODS].

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. How deposits are treated is set out in our Cancellation Policy.

Appointments

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late we will do what we can, but a shortened appointment may mean the treatment cannot be completed safely, and it may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation, rescheduling and missed appointments are covered in our Cancellation Policy.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or care, please contact us directly at hello@rejuvenate-clinic.com. We take complaints seriously and would always prefer the chance to resolve matters ourselves.

We will acknowledge your complaint within [5] working days and aim to give you a full response within [20] working days.
